Donna Garrett started in healthcare as a nurse aide in a long-term care facility while she was still in high school. She went on to attend nursing school and has been an RN since 1989.
She has worked in several areas of nursing including labor and delivery, emergency room, med/surg, administrative nursing, and home health, but long term care is what she loves and is where she has spent most of her career. Donna has been with Legend Healthcare™ since 2007 and has clinical oversight of all facilities, develops clinical policy and procedures, and assists in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
Laura Miller has been a healthcare professional in long term care since 1995. She began her career in the business office with a family owned Texas company. She began her Administrative career with Summit (now Skilled Healthcare). Laura joined Legend Healthcare™ in 2000. She was promoted to Divisional Director in 2004, further expanding her oversight to eight facilities in 2007 to Director of Operations.
In 2012 she achieved her position as Senior Vice President of Operations and is now responsible for operations all of our facilities.
Timothy Sullivan, a licensed Healthcare administrator since 1981, has been instrumental in the advancement of the healthcare industry in Texas and other Southern sates. He has co-owned, operated, and developed facilities across Texas. He serves on the foundation board and is the chairman of the development committee at The University of North Texas Health Science Center. He is a fellow of The American College of Healthcare Administrators and past Governor of the American Collage of Healthcare Administrators where served as President of the Texas Chapter.
Tim has received a commendation from the Texas House of Representatives for his achievements in Healthcare and received a commendation from the Texas Senate for excellence in Healthcare. He drafted long-term healthcare industry legislation that was later introduced in the United States Senate by the U.S. Congress, which passed both houses and was later signed into law by President Bill Clinton. He continues to consult and work in the Healthcare industry and to promote the highest standards for patients in need.
