How do I apply for positions at Legend Healthcare™/Transition Home Healthcare™/Legend Physical Therapy™? Please visit our on-line Career Center at: http://legendhc.applicantpro.com/jobs/. Here you can create a profile and search for available employment opportunities. Please submit your profile for the position(s) for which you feel you are qualified. To help narrow down your searches, filter and keyword search options are available. To increase the chances of being considered for a job, submit your full profile and all information. We encourage you to create Job Alerts to receive email notifications when new positions become available.  
How do I create a profile? When you visit our on-line Career Center, the onscreen information will guide, step-by-step, on how to create your profile.
What other information do I need to know about my profile/application?
  • A resume is required to be considered for all positions.
  • An e-mail address is required to create a profile. If you do not have an e-mail address, there are several providers available that offer free e-mail accounts, including Yahoo and Google.
  • You will use the same username (email address) and password each time you access the Career Center.
  • It is important for your profile to be both saved and submitted.
  • Please complete the full application. Failure to fully complete your application may lessen your chances of being considered for available positions.
  • You may save your progress and return to finish your application if you cannot complete it during your initial session.
  • You may return to your profile at any time to view the status of a job for which you have applied, search and apply to new positions and update your information.
Do I need to create a separate profile for each position I’m interested in?
No, please do not create duplicate profiles. Once you have created your profile, you may apply to one or multiple positions at various locations with any Legend company. Duplicating your profile will not increase the chances of obtaining a job.
How can I verify that you have received my application? You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your profile/application has been created, confirmed and submitted.
 
When will I be contacted after I apply online? If your information has been selected for further consideration, you will typically be contacted either by phone or email within 1-4 weeks after applying for a position. Legend Healthcare™ receives a large number of qualified job applicants for many of our openings. Unfortunately, we cannot personally contact each applicant for a specific job opening.
 
Can I apply for more than one position or apply to a different location? Yes. We encourage you to apply for any positions that you feel you are qualified for.
 
Why is it important to provide a resume/ work history/ salary history? Providing your resume and work history along with your salary history will allow recruiters to better compare your skills and experiences to those that best fit the job.
 
How long will my application be kept on file? All applications remain on file for one year, but we recommend that you check our website regularly and apply to open positions for which you qualify and are interested in. Please remember to keep your contact information, resume and work history up to date.
 
What if I forget my password? If you forget your password, please click on the “forgot my password “button at the bottom of the login screen and follow the instructions. Your password will be sent to your email.
 
How is applicant information used? Applicant information is kept strictly confidential and can only be accessed by staff that make employment-related decisions.
 
I am a current Legend Healthcare™/ Transitional Home Healthcare™/ Legend Physical Therapy™/ Legend TruCare™ employee. How do I apply for a transfer? Contact your HR representative and they will review the qualifications of the position and will explain to you the requirements of such position. You will have to complete a Transfer Request form and go through the appropriate approval process prior to transferring.
 
How long do I need to be working in my current position before I am eligible for a transfer? An employee must complete at least six (6) months service with the company before they are eligible for a transfer.
